We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Bullboxer products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Returns Period

We accept returns within 15 days of you receiving your order. All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Shoe care products from our Accessories and Shoe Care category
  • Any footwear that shows signs of wear or has been used outdoors
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Important: Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on shoe care products or any footwear that has been worn outdoors.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange
  3. Wait for approval – we will email you a Returns Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package the items securely in their original packaging
  5. Ship the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days)

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we will process a refund instead.
